How to Book a Photoshoot in Tbilisi: Steps, Preparation and Timings

Booking a photoshoot is simple once you know what to ask. This guide walks through the whole process — from the first message to receiving your retouched images — so nothing is left to chance on the day.

Step by step

1. Choose the type of session. Decide whether you need a portrait, family, maternity, graduation, business or product shoot — this defines the length, the studio setup and the price.
2. Contact the studio. Write on WhatsApp, Instagram or through the contact form with your preferred dates, the number of people and the purpose of the photos.
3. Confirm date, time and price. Agree on the slot, session length, how many retouched images are included and the delivery deadline before paying any deposit.
4. Prepare outfits and looks. Bring two or three outfits in plain, non-distracting colours, plus any props that matter to you. Ask the studio for advice if unsure.
5. Attend the session. Arrive 10 minutes early, allow 40-90 minutes for shooting depending on the format, and follow the photographer's posing guidance.
6. Select and receive the photos. Review the preview gallery, choose your favourites for retouching and receive the final images digitally within 2-3 days.
